Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any proprietary software;

NGenis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

Some NGenis Services are powered by GoHighLevel, a third-party cloud automation platform used for CRM, communication, and AI functions.

NGenis LLC is a separate entity and is not owned, operated, or controlled by GoHighLevel.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology on the Services—including trademarks, text, images, videos, and AI tools—are owned by or licensed to NGenis and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms. NGenis is not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of third-party sites or providers. Use of those services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to NGenis in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
